About the project
Jeremy and Fiona Rogers, their son Kit, his wife Jessie and their four boys have joined forces to build themselves a greener Contessa 32 for future sailing adventures. She will be called Calypso. This is her story, as told by Jessie Rogers.

About Kit Rogers
After many years skippering whale research and filming boats Kit returned to his hometown of Lymington to be with his growing family. Retraining as a science teacher he joined Priestlands school in 2005 and soon created the role of sustainable school coordinator, working wonders to improve the environmental outlook and performance of the school whilst continuing to work as a classroom teacher.
